Christopher Sharp is a partner of Sharp & Cobos, L.L.P. He has practiced law for more than 38 years. His practice began in 1978 in the areas of real estate law, business law and civil litigation. In 1988 he began practicing Health Law in association with Michael Sharp, handling disciplinary and licensure cases at the Texas Medical Board as well as peer review Fair Hearings in hospitals and other credentialing bodies in and around the State of Texas. Since that time he has concentrated his practice on Health Care and Administrative Law. Mr. Sharp has extensive experience representing physicians in Texas Medical Board matters and in peer review proceedings involving physicians and hospitals. Mr. Sharp’s practice experience also includes formation of corporate entities, formation of clinical practice and investment entities, physician-hospital organizations, wills, trusts and estate probates, business litigation, and real estate transactional law. He also serves as outside counsel to physician-owned practice groups and other provider entities. His broad experience is available to the firm and its clients for disciplinary matters and corporate/business issues.
